**🔹 أسعار شفافة**

* التسجيل — **سعر صافي** عند المزود.
* الدفع — مع عمولة منخفضة **حتى 10%** (تم احتساب عمولات الإدخال بالعملات المشفرة، والتحويل، وإعادة شحن المُسجّل بالبطاقة).
* **نحن لا نربح من ذلك** — إذا قمت بإعادة الشحن من العملات المشفرة، يكلفنا بسعر التكلفة.

**🔹 مُسجّل من سنغافورة**

* **كل نطاق — بيانات منفصلة وعميل مستقل في WHOIS** (حتى لا تُحذف الدفعة كاملة عند الحظر).
* مخاطر منخفضة للحظر الجماعي.

**🔹 التعامل مع الشكاوى (Abuse)**

* على عكس لوكسمبورغ، حيث يُعطّل النطاق خلال يومين، لدينا **5 أيام** دون رسوم إضافية.
* إذا كان النطاق به حركة مرور، يمكننا **الاستئناف مجانًا** (ليس مقابل 100 دولار، مثل المحتالين).

**🔹 لماذا فعلنا ذلك؟**

كنا نعمل سابقًا مع لوكسمبورغ، لكنهم خرقوا كل الاتفاقيات:

* **رفعوا الأسعار بشكل حاد** (من 100% إلى 700%).
* **لا يحمون العملاء**، بل يقومون ببساطة بإيقاف النطاقات بسبب الشكاوى في اليوم الثاني.
* مستعدون "لحل المسألة" مقابل المال، رغم أنهم وعدوا بخلاف ذلك في البداية.
