Frequently Asked Questions

In this section, we provide answers to frequently asked questions, along with information on common issues and their solutions.

We address common questions from our team members here. However, all questions are answered in our documentation, and most bot functions include detailed DOCS for guidance during use or selection.

Bot Design

When designing our bot, we use a method based on loading visual content from the main website. The main content is directly loaded from the original source.

Question: What is the structure of template functionality, and what are possible causes of delays? We have over 400 designs, many of which are copies of other websites. How exactly do these copies work, and what might be causing delays?

Question: Could the issue be related to hosting? We use DdosGuard hosting: 2 x Intel Xeon Silver 4210 2.2GHz (20 cores), 256 GB RAM, 4 x 1024GB SSD, and a 1 Gbps connection. Additionally, we have 10 dedicated IP addresses for efficient load distribution.

Question: I bought a domain, installed a design, but the modal window doesn’t work. What should I do? Editing the site and displaying the modal window depend on cache updates, which usually take about 30 minutes. If the issue persists, please contact support.

Question: Why aren’t images loading on the site? Why load content dynamically?

Answer: When the entire site content, including styles, images, and videos, is fully downloaded, the initial loading time for users can be significantly longer, depending on the design and their internet speed. For example, the main page of the Opensea site is over 500 MB due to a large number of images and videos.

To optimize loading, we use an approach that involves loading content from the main site, reducing load time and enhancing the user experience. After reviewing the benefits of using content from the original site, we also want to highlight some potential drawbacks of this approach.

One major drawback is the possibility of content deletion on the original site. In this case, our template will try to load content from a nonexistent address, leading to issues.

Also, be aware that the original site may block requests to its elements, such as through Cloudflare, restricting content access from other URLs. This may prevent content from loading through our template.

Another potential drawback is the use of anti-DDoS services like Cloudflare on the original site. If your IP address is flagged as undesirable by the service (e.g., due to shared IPs, VPN, or dedicated servers), content might not load successfully.

Additionally, most IP addresses have request limits. If you frequently access your domain, this may cause delays due to restrictions imposed by the original site on your IP address.

Question: How can I identify the cause of delays on my website?

Answer: We found that potential causes of site delays may be related to original site content or local cache limitations. How can you identify and resolve these issues for peace of mind?

When you open your site, press F12 and go to the "Console" tab. Here, you’ll be able to see all requests and errors, if any occur. By analyzing the console logs, you can identify the specific issue and take corrective action.

Question: Cache and possible lags due to it.

Answer: To objectively assess your site's performance, we recommend using an anti-detect browser or another device with a changed IP address to test. However, ideally, you should reinstall the template on your domain using the bot, then test it from another device with a different IP address.

Question: Java and slow loader performance?

Answer: The loader is a standard template that includes Java code for interaction with MetaMask and other official libraries. If Java support is absent, the site will not work because its functions won’t be triggered. Loader speed depends only on the user's internet connection, not on design, hosting, or other factors.

Question: How can I quickly fix a template issue?

Answer: If you encounter a problem with a template and have ruled out cache or IP restriction issues, please contact our support team. Provide details on the specific template you're experiencing issues with, including its name and the domain where the issue occurs. We cannot monitor the status of all designs, so if you encounter a problem, please let us know, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible. If no one reports the issue, we won’t be aware of it.

Question: How can I install my custom design?

Answer: To install your custom design, please contact our support team, providing a link to the website or design you’d like to install. Request them to process your request. Once your message is noticed, it will be processed, and your request will be fulfilled.

Question: How can I work with my team and your affiliate program?

Answer: Since our project is automated, you can assign individual domains/subdomains to each team member and create a separate Telegram channel for notifications. This setup is done in the bot’s personal notification settings. To configure, you need to specify the Telegram channel’s chat ID and the bot’s API token. Create a bot via BotFather, then create a Telegram channel and grant admin rights to the bot. This way, you can monitor team members’ activities by assigning each one to a specific domain/subdomain, with all data they collect visible to you. You decide on the percentage to allocate to your team.

Question: Can I host my site myself?

Answer: Yes, it’s possible to host our loader on your server. However, to receive the files, the worker status must be "Top." Instructions for obtaining files are available through Support. Novadrainer - instructions and files are provided automatically in the admin panel.
